Vision: To lead race fans to become fully devoted followers of Christ so that they can lead other race fans to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Speedway Racing Ministries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to the spiritual growth of race fans, primarily in the IndyCar and NASCAR communities. By building relationships, serving, and presenting opportunities to serve, we hope to see God spiritually transform the lives of race fans across the country.
As we build relationships with race fans, we want to encourage them in their spiritual races by providing resources that integrate faith and racing, building small groups led by race fans for race fans (both in-person and virtually), and creating opportunities to serve with ministries at the racetrack and for connection with other race fans.
Guiding Values
These values guide us as we pursue our mission, influencing how we make decisions, build relationships, and interact with the racing community.
Missional: We want to show race fans who Jesus is all across the country, and we’ll do whatever is possible to help other racetracks and ministries.
Evangelistic: We want people to know Jesus and will do whatever it takes to show him to others.
Authentic: We will always be ourselves and love people genuinely.
Relational: Everything we do comes from the desire to build friendships with others.
Service-oriented: Serving isn’t something we do; it’s who we are.
